    I’d like to temove a plugin, can I do it via my wordpress admin without any
   problem who can affect my database? Thank you

 * You can delete the plugin and the data will remain in the database unless you
   turn on the option to make the plugin delete its data during uninstall.

 * If you turn on that option, then when you unistall/delete the CFDB plugin, it
   will remove all CFDB data and settings from your WordPress database. It does 
   not affect anything else. It is just cleaning up.
