Remove a specific variable from the product

Hello , I have products with size for example : 50 . 60 . 90 and one of this sizes has 2 colors for example : 50 cm has red and black , but the other sizes not, so i create two attributes COLOR and SIZE , I want to add color and size variables for 50 cm size and just color for 60 and 90
