# REMOVE a user Subcribed

 * Can I kindly ask you to remove my old user name that subscribed to this plugin
   please. That account is disabled and cannot get it back, and Im constantly receiving
   emails about this plugin that I dont use anymore, hence I cannot login to that
   account to UNSUBSCRIBE.
 * User name to remove from yr subscribed list is: jasonb4u

 * It needs to be removed from the PLUGIN subscription as I cannot access my old

 * I see. As I mentioned, I cannot find jasonb4u in the list. So I’ll need your 
   help to find your account there, I’ll need 1) the email address you used (in 
   your admin) when you subscribed to the plugin, 2) the name you used and also 
   3) the url of the site. Please send those information at [support@pagebuildersandwich.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/remove-a-user-subcribed/support@pagebuildersandwich.com?output_format=md)
   so only we can see it.
 * Please supply all of those, there are a lot of Jasons in there 🙂
