 * this plugin shows admin page links from dashboard-> pages in the insert link 
   button.
    How to disable that?

 * Sorry but not sure what you mean. Perhaps a screenshot will help.
 * There are two link dialogs in WordPress, inline (small) one and modal (the old
   big one) that would display links to local content. They are there by default,
   and are not added by thins plugin.
