Remove ads

Hi,

I try to set-up this plug-in to show three adsense ads only in post. But its show ads only in header and footer. I try everything to solve this. I deactivate the plug-in, uninstall it, but ads are still showing. How to remove all the ads from footer and header and start all over again.
