Remove Ads

Hi, can you please tell me how to remove the ads?
i read on another topic, you said the Ads is disabled for premium users.
But how can i become a premium user?
i already send you an email to ask how to become premium user severral times sin a few weeks ago, but still no answer until now.
please help.
