How do we remove the notices/alerts that appear on the top of the dashboard screen? For example, the yellow alert box that appears for Akismet.

“Akismet is almost ready. You must enter your Akismet API key for it to work.”

You can add custom controls. Find a useful css selector and this to the global custom options.
