Remove default “complete order” tick in orders list
-
Hi There,
Thanks so much for this plugin, great job. However is there a way to remove the standard “complete” tick in the actions column.
At the moment I have both the tick and the BOX icon this plugin provides, in the actions column in the orders list, but just having the box icon would be much better. Is this possible?
Many thanks,
Ben

Hi Zorem,
Thanks for quick reply, that would be awesome if you can add this as an option.
Much appreciated!
Lovely functionality.
Unless you don’t use the Picked Up Status.
I don’t want to use this, because my customer wants to use the Complete order functionality (for several legit reasons). So in this case, my customer is unable to tick the Complete Order, because it’s disabled by the plugin by default.
Is it possible for you to create a dependency, eg.
Example 1: When Ready for Pick up and Picked Up are enabled > delete the Complete Order tick
Example 1: When Ready for Pick is enabled and Picked Up is disabled> show the Complete Order tick
Hi guys, we checked these requests, you want to customize the Next Actions statuses for the custom order statuses the plguin register.
The Ready for Pickup and picked up are WooCommerce custom order statuses, if you need to extend you can do that by adding custom code that will edit the custom order statuses or you can use a Custom Order status plugin that will allow you to set for each order status which are the Next Order Statuses to display depending on your workflow
Thanks.
Ok,
So this has confused this thread a little as Mustmedia seems to want the opposite of what I want. I love the plugin as is, and ONLY want to use the “ready for pickup”, and “picked up” icons.
Maybe I didn’t explain well enough, but when the order first comes in and is in “processing” state in the woocommerce order list (the normal state for orders waiting to be packed and posted etc). I have both the nice BOX icon AND a “complete order” tick. Both of which work, so unfortunately sometimes people get mixed up between the two.
I just want there to only be the BOX to take it to “Ready for pickup” status.
Are you sure your solution will work for me Zorem
However it is strange that Mustmedia’s “complete order” tick is not funtioning.
Hmmm.
@zorem, thanks very much for your replies, I’ll try a plugin as you suggest.
Ok @conradish @jurgendj OK, we will add these options in the next version and they should answer both of the scenarios:
If the Ready To Pickup Custom Order Status is enabled and the shipping method is local pickup order, display only the mark As Ready To Pickup and remove the Completed action button for the Processing status
If the Picked up Custom Order Status is enabled – display only the Picked up action button for the Ready for Pickup custom status.
If the Picked up Custom Order Status is disabled – display the Completed action button for the Ready for Pickup custom status.
That sounds amazing. Happy to test it for you and report back if that helps.
Really appreciated, and fantastic support. Thanks you.
Hi @conradish & @jurgendj,
Scenarios:
If the Ready To Pickup Custom Order Status is enabled and the shipping method is local pickup order, display only the mark As Ready To Pickup and remove the Completed action button for the Processing statusIf the Picked up Custom Order Status is enabled – display only the Picked up action button for the Ready for Pickup custom status.
If the Picked up Custom Order Status is disabled – display the Completed action button for the Ready for Pickup custom status.
We added the above scenarios in the current plugin version(1.2.0). so, please update the plugin and check the all senarios.
And let us know if you need more further assistance.
Thanks 🙂
That’s amazing. Going tot test!
Ditto. Fantastic. Will test and feedback later today.
Works perfectly for me. No unwanted “complete” tick in “processing state”. just the box icon.
Thank you so much. It really is very appreciated.
Sure, you can share your review if you like the plugin 🙂
Already reviewed it positively a month ago, but updated that review, and waded in on a recent one star review that was just rude. Please stick with it. Simple, complete, and well made plugins like this are what WordPress should always be about.
@conradish thank you!
