 * The discount codes field should only be showing while a plan with an existing
   discount code is selected. I have tested this on a local instance and everything
   seemed to work correctly.
   Did you by any chance add any custom CSS to your website?

 * the only custom code I have is when a new user register the number starts from
   5000 instead of 1,2,3 etc.
 * I used to have the Profile Builder Pro but the license expired could that be 
   the problem?
