The plugin features should work without any problem even if you have multi vendor feature, but with the exception of having the same pixel in all vendors you have on the website, so no specific pixels for each vendor sites. * 2. About your pixel stats issue, two questions: 1. Do you have the latest version of Pixel Caffeine? If not, please upgrade it. 2. Please also check the browser console about errors showing up (see [here](https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/8525/how-do-i-open-the-javascript-console-in-different-browsers#answer-77337) how to). If some, please post there with a screenshot. 3. Go into your [Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations](https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools), find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything); 2. Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings 3. Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page 4. Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything) 5. Just enable them in the general settings and they are fired automatically. * Then, I’m not able to understand why your Pixel stats graph is not working. And the pixel firing isn’t working. But be informed, pixel is firing without a problem (I am getting data and used pixel helper chrome extension to confirm too).
