# Remove Heat Map Layer

 * Hello,
 * On my devsite I can’t seem to get the Weather Map to drop it’s Heat Map Layer:
   
   [http://ftp.inwhiterock.com/information/weather/](http://ftp.inwhiterock.com/information/weather/)
   I’ve disabled all Map layers but nothing seems to remove the heatmap that makes
   everything else hidden beneath. I also tried playing with opacity to no noticable
   difference.

   > Settings > WP Cloudy)

   I didn’t realize the global settings would override the per-weather instances,
   appreciate the assist. Cheers
