How can I remove HTML formatting from feed titles, mainly BOLD on and BOLD off?

This is causing duplicate feed items, apparently de-duplicated on title rather than link.

Hi @ralfteatime,

At the moment, WP RSS Aggregator does not have a direct option or setting to edit the Feed Items’ Title.

That being said, have you tried to enable the Unique titles only option in the General setting and/or in the Individual Feed Source setting to avoid the duplicate feed items being imported ?
