# Remove html tags from Structured Data

* Hi,
* Is there any way to remove html tags from Structured Data, I use some tags in‘
description’, So when i test the schema, it shows along with the html tags.

* This is the Structured Data of my Website, Please check the ‘descritption’ in
[@product](https://wordpress.org/support/users/product/) type. It includes all
the html entities like ` - ` n all. So is there a way to remove it?
* Or maybe I want the description to be the content instead of the excerpt.
