# Remove index.php

 * Hi, I’m trying to create a new page in my website, and for some reason it automatically
   puts: “index.php” in the url address between my domain name and the name I want
   this specific page to have in its url.
    Can someone please explain to me how 
   to make it disappear? thanks

    when you log in to your website just go here: [http://findonlineservice.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php](http://findonlineservice.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php)
   there you have options to set up how you want your URL to look.
