Thanks for the screen shot. That looks like your admin bar from what I can see of it.
Try disabling it with these steps:
1.Go to http://www.thewargameswebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules/
2.Uncheck WordPress.com Toolbar

I tried that, my issue is that it appears* for all users of the site.
I want to remove from all users’ toolbars.
Unchecking the box did not even remove it from my toolbar, let alone all of them.

Having looked further into this since my initial post, I found a lot of people wanting to get rid of it, with some people even writing plug ins to hide it.
*Well it did, for now I have uninstalled Jetpack, I have a fair few users and they were wondering what it was for, and why it was even there…
And as a site owner, not being able to explain what it is or what it is there for or how to get rid of it was embarrassing..
If anyone knows how to turn it off that would be great, but I can manage without JP so don’t sweat it too much.

Please try a few steps to see if it will work properly on your screen:
1. Sign out, then back in to the account.
2. Clear browser cache.

We no longer see this site connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, but if you do connect it again and want to remove the icon in your screenshot, deactivate the Notifications module here:
