# Remove Message Bubble

 * Since installing Jetpack this annoying message bubble has appeared for all my
   site users, how do I get rid of it?

 * Thanks for the screen shot. That looks like your admin bar from what I can see
   of it.
 * Try disabling it with these steps:
 * 1.Go to [http://www.thewargameswebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules/](http://www.thewargameswebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules/)
   
   2.Uncheck WordPress.com Toolbar

 * Hi.
 * I tried that, my issue is that it appears* for all users of the site.
    I want
   to remove from all users’ toolbars. Unchecking the box did not even remove it
   from my toolbar, let alone all of them.
 * 🙁
 * Having looked further into this since my initial post, I found a lot of people
   wanting to get rid of it, with some people even writing plug ins to hide it.
 * *Well it did, for now I have uninstalled Jetpack, I have a fair few users and
   they were wondering what it was for, and why it was even there…
    And as a site
   owner, not being able to explain what it is or what it is there for or how to
   get rid of it was embarrassing..
 * If anyone knows how to turn it off that would be great, but I can manage without
   JP so don’t sweat it too much.

 * Please try a few steps to see if it will work properly on your screen:
 * 1. Sign out, then back in to the account.
    2. Clear browser cache.

   do connect it again and want to remove the icon in your screenshot, deactivate
   the _Notifications_ module here:
