remove meta info from custom posts

    I’m using Easy Digital Downloads as my online store… I’m trying to remove meta data from the dowloads posts – but for the life of me can’t make it work.

    I’ve played with a bunch of custom css – none of which seems to work:
    .entry-meta {display:none !important;}
    .home .entry-meta { display: none; }
    .entry-footer {display:none !important;}
    .home .entry-footer { display: none; }
    .edd-download .post-info { display: none; !important;}
    .single .entry-date {display:none; !important;}

    If I switch to another theme it’s no problem to eliminate the date / author meta.

    I’ve also tried the plugin “WP Meta and Date Remover”

    I’d very much like to use this theme – but need to get rid of this meta info.

    Hi there,

    Looks like you are using another theme. We aren’t able to help with CSS customizations unfortunately, but hopefully you get this sorted out with your new theme.
