# Remove or Delete Plugin Issue

 * i can deactivate the plugin but I can’t delete the plugin.
 * When i click delete, it just shows deleting only and not removing it, refer screenshot
   below

 * Thank you for reporting this, I was able to replicate. Will be fixed in the upcoming
   version. For now, you can just manually remove the `cf-images` plugin folder 
   from `wp-content/plugins/`
 * Or you can fix manually, by adding `require_once __DIR__ . '/app/traits/trait-
   ajax.php';` to the `uninstall.php` file right after the line with `// Remove 
   defines from wp-config.php file.`

 * I have removed it by deactivation in the backend and removed via ftp.
 * and also please update the plugin for the other users.
 * Please also write a note that saying you need a CF image subscription in order
   to use the plugin.
