Remove or edit "add to cart" hover button ?

How do I remove and/or change the “add to cart” button that pops up when you hover over the product images??

I can change the “add to cart” button to “buy now” for single products page in the woocommerce settings, but on the “shop” page the hover button still says “add to cart”.
