 * Hello people. In earlier versions of WordPress, one could hide the admin bar
at the top with CSS when previewing a template. But how on earth can I remove
the new vertical one: [http://imgur.com/TX6yu5j](http://imgur.com/TX6yu5j) ?

 * Edit: Of course I could just choose Minimize at the bottom, but I want to be
permanently hidden, instead of popping up every time I refresh the page.
