 * Hello, currently using the calm blue sailing lae075 2.21 by LeadCamp, Inc theme
   and I can’t seem to figure out how to remove the widget/sidebar area on the right
   hand side of the site. I don’t need columns…
 * Can anyone help? Thanks!

    WordPress themes usually use `<?php get_sidebar(); ?>` to include the sidebar.
   Removing this instruction from your pages should remove the sidebar
