# Remove specific user/author

 * Is there a shortcode that can remove an author from showing on the author list
   page?
 * For example, I don’t want myself to show up on that page as I only want it to
   show contributors to my site.

 * Excluding a specific user is not possible at the moment, but I’ve added it to
   the to do list.

 * Just released an update, one of the changes is the excluding.
 * Example:
 * `[authors_list exclude="1"]`
 * Use the user ID in there. You can of course exclude multiple authors if you want:
 * `[authors_list exclude="1,5,10"]`
