That was actually your style.css file — which I hope is not in your header.php file – it surely should not be. If need be post your header.php file to a pastebin — do not paste it here – see the above link.
Looks like you have a bunch of problems in the header.php file:

Fixing those may help you find the stray tags.
And you absolutely should be using a child theme rather than making changes to theme files — you will lose all those changes when WP is updated.

What theme are you running, and what method was used to make changes to it?
It actually looks like those may be caused by the <!– All in One Webmaster plugin by iCrunch.co –>
