 * i’d like to remove a new navigation button that just appeared after reactivating
   all plugins. something like “button#rmap_menu_trigger 21817” ?

 * That’s from the **“Responsive Menu”** plugin you’re using on your site.
 * If you don’t need the plugin at all, then disable and delete it from your site.
 * If you need the plugin but not this particular menu (or you don’t want it to 
   display on desktops), go through the plugin’s settings and configure it accordingly.
