 * Any way to nicely remove Twitter function? My client doesn’t use Twitter.
 * Also, how would you suggest to translate these few text strings (hours, enter
   your email etc.).

 * They don’t suggest anything. Since they won’t answer here, I can suggest you 
   go over to their forums but the answer there didn’t work either. Hoping for an
   answer myself. If the button is defunct, just remove it. We only need the email
   anyway. ??
