I have installed the WordPress Related Posts plugin and the Pin it button and text are showing on the thumbnail images. How can I make it stop?

Hi,

you can use minimum image sizes (as you already did), or change the image selector to:
div.jpibfi_container img:not(div.wp_rp_wrap img)
