 * i have a contact page and about page on my blog site (www.mitchellpage.com.au/
   wearable_display) i have disabled commenting on these pages but they have the
   blog post layout.
 * how do i make these pages look like actual pages, not like blog posts. i just
   want to have a title and some text with out the date, edit option and posted 
   line.
 * any ideas?

 * You’ll need to edit your theme files to remove the post footer. In your case 
   it looks like it starts at `<div class="feedback">`.
