I also Had in the http://www.releasedateonline.com i managed to remove after removing Header code in header.php
It also depend on your method of verification of propeller ads. if you have uploaded file in root folder just delete it.
I am facing the same problem, please help. I deleted the plugin, removed the code, deleted the cache from wordpress and cdn and still the popups appear on my website.
