# Removing scroll down button

 * I’m trying to remove the scroll down button on this website; it’s the white rectangle
   filling the bottom portion of the screen with the centred blue arrow. I’ve tried
   removing all of the plugins and none of them did anything. Any suggestions on
   how to remove it?

 * If this button still appears when all your plugins are deactivated, it is likely
   coming from your theme. Since this forum is specifically for issues with the 
   [Smooth Scroll Page Up/Down Buttons](https://wordpress.org/plugins/smooth-page-scroll-updown-buttons/)
   plugin, I’d recommend reaching out to the theme’s own support team.
 * Third party themes are best supported by their own resp. developers (and more
   importantly, I’d rather not give you any incorrect information).
