Removing transparency in all elements

Hello,

I am trying to change the opacity in all elements on this page:
http://statusquotable.com/

I use Jetpack, so I’ve gone to style.css in the Editor, did a find&replace on opacity and changed all values to 1, but the transparency still remains. What am I missing? Happy to post the full code if that’s helpful, though obviously it’s rather long.
