Renaming "comment" url slug

Hi there!

I’m already using Croatian translation of Disqus and everything works just fine, but there is one thing that i would like to fix – is it possible to rename the url slug of the word “comment”?

For example –

http://10inchunit.com/laibach-ucinio-zagreb-i-pjongjang-bratskim-gradovima/#comment-2427484450

to Croatian word for comment – “komentar”

In the end it should turn to
