 * There is an error in the rendering code of this plugin.
 * The short code [guitar-chord name=”C” type=”6/9″ placement=”x,3,2,2,3,3″ fingering
   =”x,2,1,1,3,4″] renders the “x” on the first fret of the sixth string instead
   of at the nut.
 * Modifying the short-code to this:
    [guitar-chord name=”C” type=”6/9″ placement
   =”0,3,2,2,3,3″ fingering=”x,2,1,1,3,4″] will render the chord chart correctly,
   although this contradicts the usage instruction.
 * Note: if the G string is changed to “open” then the sixth-string-first-fret error
   does not occur – so it has something to do with the second finger barre across
   the D and G strings in the 6/9 chord.
 * Using x for note and placement DOES work for other chords such as [guitar-chord
   name=”C” type=”Major” placement=”x,3,2,0,1,0″ fingering=”x,3,2,0,1,0″].
