# Rendering invalid feed

 * Hi everyone,
 * I have a WordPress site which is having issues outputting a feed. It seems to
   open the channel tag but never closes it. When I try to run it through the validator,
   it gives me a 500 server error. I have a development copy with the same theme
   and plugins which has no issues, so I’m not quite sure what the discrepancy is.
   Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

 * Yeah, something is definitely killing the feed before it gets to the content.
 * Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme
   to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
