    That looks like Simple History checking for new events. It does this every ten second ten seconds when you have the history opened in a browser window. This turning upp every second in your logs should mean that you have a lot of users logged in (or lots of browsers or browser tabs opened) and viewing the log (or having the wp dashboard opened, where the history log can be visible too).
