 * Hi, I’m looking to resolve some performance issues with a wordpress install whereby
   the MySQL 5 db, which is doing nothing else, goes crazy, taking 100% CPU and
   pushing system load up so far that the box grinds to a halt. The system is a
   mediatemple nitro server with 3GB of RAM, plenty of CPU and nothing else running
   on it, the issue only appears intermittently.
 * I’ve used mtop to analyse the active mysql queries and have taken a [screenshot](http://img641.imageshack.us/img641/3541/pastedgraphic3.png)
 * I’ve run through the standard MySQL tuning options, query_cache, connections,
   etc etc, could someone please take a look at this and give me their opinion
 * Thanks
 * R
