Repeater feature

    I have the developer version. The CCF is very smarty and useful to build forms using calculations. I suggest to implement the repeater feature for following the variable data items challenge as some of other present form builders have.

    Hello @zvaranka

    Thank you very much for the review and suggestions. The problem with the repeater features is the implementation of the equations and dependencies between fields that not exist, or in the case of the Developer and Platinum versions of the plugin the DS fields that have a counterpart in the server-side.
