Repeating Posts

I have infinite scroll set up with my custom theme and I am testing it locally. It is repeating some posts; I am not quite sure why this is happening.

I do have a filter on my front page posts and I am sorting by a custom meta value. Are there problems with infinite scroll when using a custom meta value?
