 * When there is no image attached to the post, PostX attaches its own: <code>[https://my-site.com/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-post/assets/img/ultp-fallback-img.png</code&gt](https://my-site.com/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-post/assets/img/ultp-fallback-img.png</code&gt);
 * Instead of using that one, is there a way I can choose my own as the default
   image when no featured image is attached to the post? People who write articles
   don’t always have an image, so it would be good to have a generic one that fits
   our site, which would look better than a placeholder image.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Freplace-default-blank-image%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hello [@greentreefrog](https://wordpress.org/support/users/greentreefrog/) ,
 * Thank you for reaching us. Yes, you can definitely do that. If you go to Block
   setting > Image > you will find an option to upload your fallback image. See
   it here: [Image](https://prnt.sc/HCBbTxiRDnKc)
   Let me know if that helps.

 * Sorry, but I do not think I made my question clear. The page I linked to is an
   archive page. The image is not from an image block but instead is the featured
   image for the page. When there is no featured image, the image at …/wp-content/
   plugins/ultimate-post/assets/img/ultp-fallback-img.png is shown instead. That
   is the image I want to replace when there is no featured image on an archive
   page. I know I could just replace the image in the plugin, but the next time
   the plugin is updated, I don’t want it to be overwritten.
