# ‘Replace image with custom HTML’ doesn’t work

* Hi,
* For every product we have a YouTube video link instead of a product image. We
have updated our theme (customizr), Woocommerce & WordPress, but now on the frond
end it only shows the product image instead of our YouTube video. On the productpage
in the back end, the link towards the YouTube embedded video is still there.
* Any ideas on how to fix this asap?

* Guys, please help us out with this. All the embed codes are still in the _Replace
image with custom HTML_ field. It’s all there, can you please check what is going
wrong? Our sales have dropped enormously, _please _help us.

* Is it possible to downgrade of a previous version of the plugin? Or is this caused
by a WordPress or woocommerce update?

* I understand that we can’t expect a solution right away, but it’s been a week
and we are desperate for a solution.
* – Can we safely go back to a previous version of Booster? If yes, can you provide
this?
– Have you investigated this problem? We have provided the login details
of our website, and noticed that Rokas has logged in. What were his findings?
What did he do? – Can you at least react with an expected solution time? So we
can decide if we have to look for alternatives.

* I have updated the Booster and Booster Plus plugins, but this issue isn’t resolved.
Almost two weeks now without orders.
