# Replace menu link without removing it

 * Is there a plugin that allow me to change the menu item page link without having
   to remove the menu item completely an re-add it ? I’ve created a big menu structure
   with dummy links, and now I want to update the pages but I don’t want to rebuild
   the menu completely.

 * I am afraid I couldn’t find any plugin for it.
 * You may use a redirection plugin to redirect the old link to the new link without
   having to update it right away, but eventually, the manual update will be necessary.

 * If your menu items were created as Custom Links, you can usually edit the URL
   directly in the menu without removing and recreating the item. That should preserve
   the entire menu structure and save you from rebuilding it.
