 * Hello.
    We use Palmeria theme for our new guesthouse. It’s a really beautiful
   hotel theme.
 * I’m looking for replace some of the basic fonts (header font) with other GoogleFonts.
   
   Do you know in which file(s) the theme’s fonts are mentioned (link or import)?

    There is 
   no option to edit Typography in a theme by default. However, you may try using
   the third-party plugin to be able to modify typography e.g. [https://wordpress.org/plugins/olympus-google-fonts/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/olympus-google-fonts/)
