 * I need to replace my WordPress Multisite, in order to get rid of malicious code.
 * In a normal WP installation, I would delete the wp-admin and wp-includes folders
as well as all files (except wp-config.php) in root directory and replace those
parts with the fresh downloaded version of wordpress.
 * How would this work with WordPress Multisite?

 * Sorry to hear that you’ve been hacked!
 * You would do the same thing with multisite – delete wp-admin & wp-includes, and
all files except wp-config.php AND .htaccess.
 * Since .htaccess is a file that usually can be written to, you might want to carefully
compare it to the version that is recommended in Network Admin – Network Setup.
