# Reply message doesn’t working

 * When customers reply to their messages, the replies show up the first time they
   are submitted. However, the messages are not being saved in the database or sent
   to the site admin.
 * The same issue occurs when the site admin replies to any created ticket from 
   ticket dashboard.
