 * I currently have a reply page Which I call “Contact Us”. It seems to function
   ok but i want to require a name and an email address in order for a visitor to
   post to it. I see the proper setting for this under “settings>discussion” on 
   the dashboard but I don’t know how to add the necessary “name” and “email” text
   boxes. the url is <arnoldgenealogy.com> go to Contact Us on the menu bar. The
   theme is simple catch.
