# Report error

 * Hello,
 * in Woocommerce admin, in report section I always check summary of orders per 
   day. Around a week ago I noticed that the total order value in the report is 
   lower than total value counted one by one in orders section. I tried it for several
   days and noticed very strange behavior. Each day there was one refunded order
   in the report but there was no refunded order in reality. Even amount of that
   refunded order makes no sence (cause there was no order for that price). When
   I count total order value in report and value of this refunded order I got a 
   correct total order value.
 * And ideas what could be the case and what can I do about it?

 * Thanks for reaching out! That does sound like unexpected behavior. Since the 
   WooCommerce reports should match the actual order totals, let’s go through a 
   few steps to investigate:
    - Are there any orders marked as **failed, canceled, or pending** that might
      be affecting the total calculations?
    - Even though you don’t see refunded orders manually, check the **WooCommerce
      > Orders** section for any orders with a refund status
    - Go to **WooCommerce > Status > Logs**, and check for any logs related to orders
      or refunds that might provide more details.
 * Since you mention issue start recently just to verify have you made changes rcenlty
   on your site after which the issue start appearing?

   System Status Report** which you can find via WooCommerce > StatusPlease use
