# Request a Quote pg html code showing

    Using theme [Gather](https://themetrust.com/themes/gather/).
 * Hello,
    Installed the plugin without issues. After clicking the request button
   and then viewing the Reuest for Quote page there was odd html/javascript showing
   in and below the email field.
 * Has anyone had this issue or know of a fix?
 * In the email text field it said:
    `<span id= wp-usename` and then below the field
   it said: `email hidden; Javascript is required wp-user@emailaddress" required
   >`
 * note: wp-username and wp-user@emailaddress in the above are just placeholder.
