 * For those who aren’t familiar with Digg.Com – this is a news item repository
for bloggers, allowing bored or lazy bloggers who don’t know what to write about
today, to check up the latest news and post them either automatically or after
customizing them to their blog. Some might consider it a “voluntary blog spam”
considering it encourages people duplicating the same stock news on many blogs,
without much change, but it still is an evolution of how bloggers receive news
and spread them. I would love to see an admin area plugin that integrates digg.
com directly in WordPress. This way we could send the material from the website
directly to a draft and edit it from there, with the ability to send multiple
digg stories to a single post and format it based on custom template. Sounds
like a good idea for the WordPress Plugin Competition.

 * lol, well.. thats not what Digg is at all. Digg is a technology news social bookmarking
   website.
 * I’d rather have it as a plugin for like my sidebar or something. I rarely access
the ‘dashboard’ (and when I do, it is slow enough already because of the wordpress
admin rss thingy). I’d rather have it where I can see it when I go right to my
   homepage.

 * Hmm, I’m not sure what the original poster is wanting. Can someone please reword
   this quote,

 * Digg.com already has a feature called “blog it” which gives you ability to blog
about any digg. I use it on my blog, which ironically enough is called, WhatIDigg.

 * I think he’s the only one that could re-word it. The way I am understanding it
is exactly as you have said it. And, as you have also said, Digg.com already
   providers this feature.

 * I think that RaynerApe is looking for a solution, as am I that would do somthing
like post once to your wordpress post then automatically it would send a link
to your blogger account and digg, tag it at delicious, abd book mark it at furl
and any other tagging service. I use the perfrmancing plugin for firefox to achieve
   a semi similar task.

 * Currently there’s a form at the bottom of the digg submission page which reads“
Are You Human” and requires you to input text displayed in an image. This prevents
automatic submission of stories. It is possible to populate all other fields
on that submission page – but you need to manually submit the story.
