    This is our wordpress theme directory. Its may not match all section with your desire site. But from the theme directory you may choose one and ask their support for your requirement.
    I guess its the best way.

    You can quickly check to see which thing they are using this link: What WP Theme Is That?. Just add the url and you will see what theme is being used along with all the active plugins.

    From what I can see, that theme is most certainly custom made and does not seem to be listed anywhere on ww.wp.xz.cn themes. But at least you have a list of plugins they are using. Hope you find the theme you are looking for.
