# Request Invoice does nothing?

 * I activated the option “Enable Request Invoice” in the premium options, so when
   ordering a product I see the “request invoice” checkbox. But nothing happens 
   when checked. The customer gets three mails (order complete, thank you, confirmation),
   none includes an invoice. When I check the order in the backend I don’t see any
   created invoice.
 * There was no error or notice during the ordering process.
 * How can I enable/fix the request invoice option?

 * Just updated the free version (there’s no update for premium available) but still
   no invoices are generated automatically, nor are they attached to mails. Guys,
   please fix this.

 * I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Since you are using the premium plugin,
   why not just use our support email? The wordpress.org support forum is for free
   users only and the support email is for premium users only as stated on the [contact page](https://wcpdfinvoices.com/contact/).
 * About your problem. Do you have a development website where I can have a look?
   If not, could you enable debug logging by installing Debug plugin. Next up select
   below options and the system will create a debug.log file. You can try it again.
   The system will log any errors and it will give me the ability to resolve the
   problem.
