    Bonjour,
    I installed your (interesting) plugin on my worpress site to create a database of runners. All seems working and I have only a problem with request private link form.
    1/ The form is not translated in french (not very important).
    2/ More major: the request doesn’t work and we don’t received any mails.
    Mail system is working for all others functionalities.
    I have a page for [pdb_signup] form.
    And a second page for confirmation and [pdb_signup_thanks] thanks.
    If I put the two shortcuts on the same page the request private link form is displaying two times. Sometimes, the request is working and I received a mail but I don’t know why.
    Maybe you have an explanation for me or a solution to fix it?

    At the moment, the French translation is in the process of getting updated. However, if you’re talking about the forms seen on the frontend, those are mostly up to you to change the titles and button text to your language. Mostly this is on the Manage Database Fields page, but there are some settings where you can chnage button text, error messages, etc.

    Figuring out problems with the email can be tricky because there are many things that can affect how that works. I suggest you go through the email troubleshooter that I have set up to help you understand what’s happening.

    The request private link function puts a limit to the number of times it can be used, so that is why it works at first, then stops. This is for security reasons.

    Also, there is no need to put the [pdb_signup_thinks] shortcode in the same page as the [pdb_signup] shortcode, because the signup shortcode will show the “thank you” message if you are sending them back to the same page after they submit.

    I have already follow the email troubleshooter.
    For different steps (user registration, new record, record update, etc), the emails are being sent without problem. Only the email to resend the private link doesn’t work. I will check again tomorrow morning to be sure that nothing is missing.

    Bonjour,
    It’s working now.
    No problem with email configuration and I have changed nothing. I just tested again this morning and the link has been sent by mail without problem. I think that the process was locked due to many tentatives for tests. Thanks again.
